UVpro Dosimeter
UVpro dosimeters are to show when a surface or area has been exposed to a certain amount of UVC radiation. They ensure a very simple and cost-effective, regular control of UVC disinfection installations, such as those found in laboratories or the food industry in diverse ways. For example, they can be used to check the administered dose in UVC locks, tunnels and chambers. Likewise, the treated surfaces in laboratories and hospitals. Elaborate laboratory tests can be kept to a minimum since the dose required in the application can be verified with the dosimeter color.
The technology of the 2.5mm diameter UVpro dosimeters consist of a photocromatic ink which is stimulated by certain wave lengths of radiation. By means of the enclosed color scale, disinfection doses between 0 and 100 mJ/cm² can be determined.
